Bu eğitim, katılımcılara yönetsel yetkinliklerini ve koçluk becerilerini geliştirme fırsatı sunar. Eğitim, katılımcıların koçluk kavramını derinlemesine anlamalarını ve uygulamalarını sağlar. Aynı zamanda, ekip gelişimini destekleyen liderlik anlayışının kazandırılması ve çalışanların gelişim düzeylerine uygun liderlik stillerinin geliştirilmesi hedeflenir. Eğitimin sonunda katılımcılar, yöneticilik ve koçluk becerilerini etkin bir şekilde kullanarak, ekiplerinin performansını artırabilecek yetkinlikte olacaklardır.

Kurs İçeriği




1. Yönetsel Yetkinlik ve Koçluk Becerilerinin Geliştirilmesi


o Koçluk nedir / ne değildir?

o 3 aşamalı dinleme modeli: subjektif, objektif, sezgisel.

o Koçluk görüşmesine hazırlık ve ideal bir koçluk görüşmesi planı.

o Temel koçluk yetkinlikleri.

2. Ekip Gelişimini Destekleyen Liderlik Anlayışının Kazandırılması

o Farklı gelişim düzeylerine yönelik liderlik etmenin amacı.

o Çalışanın gelişimine yönelik liderlik etmek için üç temel beceri: teşhis etme, esnek liderlik anlayışı geliştirme, performans gelişimi için işbirliği.

o Çalışanın gelişim düzeyini teşhis etme süreci.

o Çalışanın gelişim seviyesine göre farklı liderlik stilleri geliştirme: direktif verme, koçluk, destekleme, delegasyon.

o Farklı liderlik stilleri için örnek lider davranışları ve konuşma girişi örnekleri.
